So I’ve been getting ready for the half marathon coming up in November.  You can’t really start the Nike training program until you are 12 weeks out. I don’t really feel like that is enough time.  I think if you have been running for a while, that might work.  I’m trying to run 4 times a week.  3 miles or so on the treadmill.  I’ve looked over the training schedule for the half marathon and it seems to ramp up pretty quickly.  Well, here we go, Happy 4th!!!
